HPSU Room

The HPSU Room, located in B1 building, ground floor, is waiting for your club.

You can have any meeting, dinner, chill time with your club.

Booking of the room is subjected to:

• availability
• agreement of HPSU
• signature of the chart
• payment of a warranty, which will be refunded after the event.

Once the booking is settled, you'll just have to pick the access card at the campus security office before your event begins.

If the booking is validated by HPSU, your reservation will appear in the spreadsheet. On the day of your reservation, you may retrieve the access badge at the security office at the entrance of the campus.

HPSU Board provides you with:

• Legal Support: Would you have any trouble regarding bank handover, non-payment of a client, doubts on a project you want to implement in your club, or you would have any question as regards French law, please reach out!
• Support on your events.
• Help in your relationships with the HEC administration.

HPSU Accounting Department

HPSU Accounting Department provides you with support on:

• Accounting
• Taxation
• Relations with Société Générale
• Logo compliance validation
• Postal mails
• Minutes and delegations of authority
• Legal documents proofreading
• Organisation of training sessions and general assemblies
