HPSU Room

The HPSU Room, located in B1 building, ground floor, is waiting for your club.

You can have any meeting, dinner, chill time with your club.

Booking of the room is subjected to:

• availability
• agreement of HPSU
• signature of the chart
• payment of a warranty, which will be refunded after the event.

Once the booking is settled, you'll just have to pick the access card at the campus security office before your event begins.

If the booking is validated by HPSU, your reservation will appear in the spreadsheet. On the day of your reservation, you may retrieve the access badge at the security office at the entrance of the campus.
