SumUp Terminals

In order to be able to collect payments at events organized by HPSU clubs ( drinks, party entrance, buffet, sale of goodies...), HPSU owns 10 Sum Up terminals which are made available to each club on request.

• Clubs can borrow up to 10 payment terminals
• For each terminal, a deposit of €60 by personal check will be required
• If the borrower does not have a chequebook, an identity document will serve as a guarantee
• The deposit will be cashed by HPSU in the case of loss, damage or late return of the equipment (terminal, loader, documents and boxes).
• Terminals must be returned in perfect working condition within 24 hours of the end of the event (48 hours if the event takes place on a weekend or public holiday).

Terminals will be made available to clubs at the campus reception desk on the day of the event (or on the last working day before the event if it takes place on a weekend or public holiday)
